In the TI and SH example, we went through the entire onboarding process, as TI used both automated tools and manual intervention to onboard SH on the platform. Aspects like sending a welcome mail, account activation, user credit allotment, and sharing knowledge resources via email remained automated.📨 But TI managed user training, direct calls, and relationship manager support manually.
